Quinn Street Residences – Gaslight Square

The Quinn Street Residences project consisted of the construction of a new 5-story above ground residential structure with a 1 1/5-story underground parking structure. The proposed residential structure was comprised of light gage steel framing, while the underground parking structure will be comprised of a reinforced concrete structure. The project site was located at 16th Street North, between North Queen Street and North Quinn Street in Arlington, VA.

DMY was hired to conduct materials testing and inspections during the construction of the project. The project required DMY to utilize our proprietary project management application DMY Manager, and assignment of our WACEL-certified technicians. Work included testing of materials in our in-house certified laboratory. Materials testing will include soils from the excavation on site, structural steel, and concrete.
