Rate of Pay: $84,344 per year

Responsibilities: 

  • Support and enhance ERP systems and IT infrastructure in a geotechnical and construction engineering environment, with a focus on ERP-related issue triage, system configuration, and internal platform support.
  • Develop and maintain ERP features, managing AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Route 53, etc.), and assist with ERP system troubleshooting and coordination with outsourced development teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments to translate business workflows into technical solutions, oversee version control and code repositories using Bitbucket, and manage device distribution through Apple Business Manager.
  • Handling software licenses, hardware assets, support onboarding-related system access and configurations, and maintaining SSL certificates to ensure secure communications.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Familiar with version control tools, such as Git, and Python programming;
  • Basic knowledge of system-level programming and the C language
